Non-Catholic Cemetery

Known as the Non-Catholic Cemetery or the 'Protestant Cemetery,' this is one of the most beautiful and serene burial grounds in the world. You will find the graves of English poets John Keats and Percy Bysshe Shelley, tucked away in the shadow of the 2,000-year-old Pyramid of Cestius. The vibe is melancholic but incredibly peaceful, with lush greenery, wandering cats from the nearby sanctuary, and intricate 19th-century sculptures. The most famous monument is the 'Angel of Grief,' a heart-wrenching sculpture of a weeping angel. It is a place for quiet reflection and a break from the noise of the city.
